Managing Director

As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I lead our project development team with 20+ years of business development experience, an understanding of the federal, state and local organizational structures, working closely with our military and other government sector clients.

My past performance and experience supports the development and implementation of Passive Sustainable Strategies, Products and Solutions relating to passive technologies like Phase Change Materials, Daylight Harvesting, Water Reuse, Energy and Water Conservation within these sectors. We also provide PPE materials to protect employees and create a healthy building environment.

After decades of entrepreneurial work in computers and business technology, I recognized the enormous benefits and opportunities in energy efficiency and started a business focused on building automation and controls and energy efficient lighting.

I am currently supply materials and technologies focused on creating passive sustainable resilient healthy buildings.
